My Weight Loss Journal (Which Will Be A Kit--Available Soon)

For a couple of weeks now, I have been itching to be creative again. I also have been dieting on and off, and just having trouble sticking with it. So, I decided to create my own weight loss journal. It is a 12 week journal with daily logs for counting calories, exercise tracking and calorie burning tracking too. It has pages to take measurements before and at every 4 week interval. It is also filled with inspiring quotes to help me stay on track. I used Samantha Walker's Day By Day line. I am going to make kits available of this project to sell from my blog. If you have an interest in purchasing one, leave me a note. I need to get the supplies and write the instructions...then I will post the availability of the kit with the cost.

My 1950's Look

A couple of weeks ago I went to my annual women's weekend. It is a wonderful weekend spent with friends with lots of laughing, relaxing and drinking wine! I had the best massage that I had in a very long time--much needed as well. On Saturday night, we dress up in our costumes for dinner and our hysterical Yankee Swap. So, here is what I looked like in my poodle skirt get up.April_2008_020

I don't think I have worn Saddle Shoes since I was 6 years old.

I wonder what next years theme will be and what crazy outfits we will all come up with then?
